We aim for transparent, fair outcomes. This policy covers cancellations, dry-runs, partial refunds, and timing.

1) Free cancellation (before dispatch)

Cancel before a Vendor is dispatched: $0.

2) After dispatch (dispatch fee)

If you cancel after a Vendor has been dispatched: $35 dispatch fee.

3) Dry-run (no service provided on scene)

If the Vendor arrives and the vehicle or customer is not present or the service is refused on scene: $65 dry-run fee.

4) Partial refunds & delays

If our performance falls below expectation (e.g., significant ETA miss), we may issue partial refunds as a goodwill adjustment. Dispatchers may approve up to $30; higher amounts are reviewed case by case.

5) Method & timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

6) How to request a refund

Email guardian.towing@resqtow.llc with your Job ID, name, phone, and brief reason.
