We're looking for a highly fluent and persuasive Call Center Agent who can handle inbound calls from drivers in need of towing or roadside assistance — and convert those calls into confirmed jobs. This is not just a customer service role; it's also about sales conversion under pressure.
You'll act as the face and voice of the company, often handling high-stress situations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism. You'll guide customers through our process, clearly explain pricing, and ensure their request is successfully dispatched. This is a remote role, with flexible hours available to cover multiple shifts (day, night, weekends).
