About the Role

We're looking for a highly fluent and persuasive Call Center Agent who can handle inbound calls from drivers in need of towing or roadside assistance — and convert those calls into confirmed jobs. This is not just a customer service role; it's also about sales conversion under pressure.

You'll act as the face and voice of the company, often handling high-stress situations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism. You'll guide customers through our process, clearly explain pricing, and ensure their request is successfully dispatched. This is a remote role, with flexible hours available to cover multiple shifts (day, night, weekends).

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from customers needing towing or roadside assistance
  • Calmly assess and understand the customer's needs
  • Explain service options, ETA, and pricing clearly and persuasively
  • Convert calls into confirmed towing jobs using proven sales tactics
  • Input customer data and service details into our internal system
  • Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure smooth job delivery
  • Follow up with customers when necessary for updates or confirmations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction
  • Meet daily/weekly conversion and performance goals

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English speaker with a clear, confident phone presence
  • Proven call center or phone-based customer service experience (required)
  • Strong sales or conversion skills — you know how to turn a 'maybe' into a 'yes'
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle stressful or emotional callers
  • High-speed internet, noise-free work environment, and a professional headset
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings/weekends (flexible options available)
  • Comfortable using basic software tools (CRM, ticketing, Google Sheets, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in towing, dispatch, roadside assistance, or emergency response
  • Familiarity with call center software (e.g., Zendesk, RingCentral, Aircall)
  • Bilingual (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus
  • Prior work-from-home or remote support experience

💵 Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $2.5 per hour
  • Commission: Bonuses for confirmed jobs and high conversion rates
  • Schedule: Flexible; full-time and part-time shifts available
